Have you ever wished you could stop your mind from talking all the time? I certainly have! The human mind is incredible—it is brilliant and powerful, and allows us to experience life and all the amazing things that come with it. And yet at the same time the mind can also make us miserable.
To be free of this pain, we must understand how our mind works. In this session we will learn what the mind is and why it creates the thoughts it does. We see how the mind is a place where we store everything that ever happens to us and how we then experience reality based on our memories. This causes us great suffering as we constantly try and manipulate life accordingly to what memories makes us feel good or bad. But once we become aware of how our mind really works, we learn to relax and allow life to unfold.

FEAR NOT. THERE IS HOPE. In this session we’ll explore how the heart actually functions and why it creates emotions. When we stop being frightened by what we experience we also stop being so reactive all the time.

When we don’t know what the HUMAN CONDITION is, we are at the mercy of our thoughts and emotions. And that stops us from being grounded in our body, which is actually our means to stay anchored within our own wisdom. And that Wisdom is our one way ticket to “Happy-land”. In our final video we will explore why we tend to feel disconnected from our body when our mind and heart get the best of us and how we can easily change that.
Despite our good intentions, it’s not always easy to stay connected to our own wisdom and joy. Life tends to get in the way and suddenly we feel we are off balance again.
